Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Any cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment, or failure to show up, will result in the forfeiture of your deposit without exception. We reserve the right to charge the full price of your treatment.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule an appointment without charge if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations: If you cancel an appointment without rescheduling, your deposit is non-refundable, and we reserve the right to charge the full price of your treatment.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time.

Card Security: A valid credit or debit card is required when booking online or over the phone. Your card details are stored securely on your customer account to hold your reservation.
Deposits: A deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be deducted from your total service bill on the day of your appointment.

Single Guest Policy: To maintain a professional environment and ensure safety, only one person is permitted in the treatment room. We cannot accept additional guests or children during your appointment.
Medical Responsibility: Some treatments may be contraindicated. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure a service is safe for their specific medical conditions or allergies before booking.
Medical Advice: If you have a medical condition that might interfere with a treatment, please seek and follow professional medical advice. Onyx Beauty Lincoln is not responsible for any issues arising from a contraindicated treatment. If a chosen treatment is unsuitable, an alternative will be offered.
Risks & Liability: All treatments are carried out to the highest standards; however, some individuals may experience side effects or allergic reactions. All services are at the customer’s own risk. Onyx Beauty Lincoln is not responsible for any reactions or side effects, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued in such cases.
Gender Policy: We are a Ladies’ Salon and exclusively accept female clients. We apologize for any inconvenience.
